In the event your main character decides to become a lich, they will have the option after defeating the elder brain to kill themselves so that they will never have to feast on human brains. | |||

Confront elder brain, become lich, kill youself
In the event your main character decides to become a lich, they will have the option after defeating the elder brain to kill themselves so that they will never have to feast on human brains.
If you kill yourself, your epilogue scene is much different. You are in the void with withers who you can speak with .
