Mindsteal Tempest is a class action that forces a psychic connection upon those around the user.
Description
Force a psychic connection on those around you. Use 
on all nearby creatures.
You gain a +1 bonus to your 
Armour Class and deal an additional 1d4
Psychic with weapon attacks.
The target receives a -2 penalty to its Armour Class and becomes Vulnerable to Psychic damage.
