Medrash is a Red Dragonborn Bard at the Circus of the Last Days, encountered during Act Three.

Medrash will be playing Bard Dance, or The Power after certain events have unfolded at the circus. The player can join in with them if they have instrument proficiency, but Medrash will be too immersed in playing to talk.
