Distressed Patient is a human NPC found in Act Two. This unfortunate soul is the subject of Malus Thorm's twisted lectures.

Interactions[edit | edit source]

Distressed Patient is initially encountered In Surgery In Surgery, strapped to a gurney in Malus Thorm's operating theater. He can be spared by convincing Malus to have his nurses kill each other, then kill himself.

When freed from his restraints, he will flee in a terrified stupor. The player can subsequently lie down in his surgical bed. Lockpicking the surgical bed does not work, but Knock can be used to free him from the bed.
