Another can be found in the Moonrise Towers Prison during the assault on Moonrise Towers, and a fourth appears in the Necrotic Laboratory within the Mind Flayer Colony. A unique Death Shepherd named Garret Dortmell can appear in the Lower City Graveyard if the player chooses to help Nina Dortmell resurrect him.
Combat[edit | edit source]
Attacks and abilities[edit | edit source]
Loot[edit | edit source]
- Greatsword
- Grants 50 experience when killed.
Tactics[edit | edit source]
- Tactician difficulty. revives its target with full HP on
- The Death Shepherd's Counterspell is also effective. can be countered by picking up the corpses of defeated undead so that they can't be revived.
- Death Shepherds will lose most of their resistances once the temporary hit points from are removed. However, they will still have resistance to Slashing, Piercing, and Bludgeoning damage, and immunity to Poison damage, so it may be wise to use spells of other damage types to defeat them (e.g. , ).
