A Sparking Promise is a rare Ring that grants a cantrip that can electrify the surfaces the target walks on.
A year into their union, Lenore, cleric of Mystra, gifted the gnome inventor Yrre an invention of her own devising - a ring that held a spell of sparks. Eventually, the touch of Lenore's hand faded to a glinting memory, but the ring's tingling grip remained resolute.
