Lower City is a Location within Baldur's Gate in Act Three of Baldur's Gate 3. The Lower City is accessed after passing through Wyrm's Rock Fortress and has a number of interesting smaller locations.

Estra Stir - South of the Basilisk Gate waypoint and west of the entance from Wyrm's Rock Fortress.

Sacrum - Between Beehive General Goods and Crimson Draughts.
