The Blushing Mermaid is a tavern located in the Lower City (X:-145, Y:-100) of Baldur's Gate in Chapter Three.
Overview
Nesha Leesha is waiting outside the tavern. If Investigate the Murders hasn't been completed yet, the party can warn her that she is one of the victims on the Bhaalist murder list. If Save Vanra has been started, it's possible to speak with the tavern owner Captain Grisly for more information on Vanra's disappearance. The basement can be accessed through either a door near the front of the tavern, or a hatch near Captain Grisly.

- Bosun Gannet sells a variety of food and drinks.
Notes
- The Blushing Mermaid in Baldur's Gate III appears to be a combination of two Lower City taverns described in the tabletop D&D adventure Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus: the extremely rowdy Blushing Mermaid, located in a normal building in Heapside, and the Low Lantern, located in an old merchant ship at the docks and run by a "captain".
