Gnoll Flesh Gnawer are a generic Gnoll enemies found in Act One. They are a type of Monstrosity of feral hyena-like humanoids that slaughter indiscriminately in an attempt to quell the insatiable hunger their demonic creator, Yeenoghu.

While freshly spawn from the bodies of bloated hyenas, they have shocking strength despite practically being 'born' and are able to coordinate fiercely with each other.
