• This creature is dead.

Notes

• This condition can be removed with  Revivify, Scroll of Revivify, Scroll of True Resurrection or through Withers' services.
  • Dead non-playable characters cannot be revived after dying
  • Companions, some potential companions and playable characters can be revived

Sources of Dead

• If a playable character or companion fails three Death Saving Throws after being  Downed they will become dead.
• If a non-playable creature reaches zero hit points they will become dead.
