Horrific Visage is a Sorcerer Action and an Illithid Power. This ability allowed the Sorcerer to regain Sorcery Points while inflicting psychic damage on an enemy.

The creature takes another 1d4Psychic damage per turn.

• Removed upon succeeding an Intelligence Saving Throw.
