Kevo Phogge

Kevo Phogge is a member of the Cult of Bhaal, found in Abandoned Cistern in the Lower City Sewers during Act Three.

Involvement

Kevo Phogge is found guarding Sluice Gate in Abandoned Cistern with Barnz and Cilarea. Getting close to her will trigger a fight.
