"Dhourn and any other drow the Spectator resurrects are charmed and fight against the party until the Spectator is defeated. Then they will become neutral." - Not sure ir this was changed in a patch? I fought the Spectator yesterday night, and you can release the Drow from his charm by hitting them once. They will then fight the Spectator alongside you, making the battle significantly easier.
