Inclusion of tooltip inaccuracy

This item’s effect includes a form of the spell Gaseous Form, which precludes the use of spells, speech, and attacks, however the tooltip states (Advantage on Ability Checks and Saving Throws) …”and weapon attacks deal an additional 1d4 damage.” since there is no weapon attack use possible, shouldn’t this be documented both on the item description and the spell page? I’m a long time editor for the UESP but I have never put my hand in on this wiki, so I’m trying to be courteous of rules I may not know yet. :) Crayolamanic (talk) 00:13, 30 August 2024 (CEST)
