Youth Zar'a'ath is a githyanki youth found in Act One. He is a member of a new githyanki generation hatched and raised in the Crèche Y’llek.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Zar'a'ath together with several other githyanki youths and children can be found in the Classroom of the Crèche, watching their mentor, Kethk Sa’varsh Kethk, goading their mate Varrl Youth Varrl.

After the situation with Varrl is resolved one or another way (with the participation of the party), Zar'a'ath will continue training with other mates.

If spoken to, he will confess he likes fighting with daggers, because it allows him to see closer the light fading in the rival’s eyes. If the player character is a Githyanki themselves, Zar'a'ath will say they don’t look strong enough for a one who has endured proper training. He will suggest helping them practice and promise not to hurt them too much.
