Dissonant Whispers is a level 1 enchantment spell. This spell allows spellcasters to fill a target with terror and deal Psychic damage to them.

Description

 Frighten a creature: it will be easier to hit and cannot move.

3d6 (3~18) Psychic damage

Details:

WIS Save (On Save: Targets still take half damage.)

 Range: 18 m / 60 ft

At higher levels

Upcast: Deal an additional 1d6 Psychic damage per level.

Condition: Frightened

 Frightened

Duration: 2 turns

Wisdom saving throw

• Cannot move. Frightened entities also have Disadvantage on Ability checks and Attack rolls.
