Can be crafted via Alchemy by combining 
Salts of Hill Giant Fingernails (procured from

Notes
- As it is an elixir, its effects do not stack with other elixirs. Consuming another elixir will overwrite this effect.
- Elixir of Hill Giant Strength will apply its effects when thrown, but the effect will last for 10 turns.
- The alchemy recipe for this potion can be learned by manually extracting 3 Hill Giant Fingers from your inventory.
