Hellish Rebuke

Hellish Rebuke is an Evocation 1st Level Spells. This spell allows spellcasters to surround a creature in hellfire that deal Fire damage as a reaction when taking damage from them.

"Then next time you take damage, you use your reaction to surround your attacker in hellish flames that deal 2d10 Fire damage. On a successful save, the target still takes half damage."
