Non-transferrable Mark From Items?[edit source]
When I used hunter's mark as provided by the Hunting Shortbow I never received the Reapply Hunter's Mark bonus action after my marked target was slain, even though I did receive a "hunt complete" condition which I assumed was to indicate I should have that option available.
This occurred on the fully patched game at time of writing (Hotfix #9), and I was using a controller to play. On a previous playthrough I was able to transfer the actual spell (on a Ranger) without issue so I know it **can** function correctly. Can anyone confirm whether this problem affects only the hunting shortbow, or may be a general issue with hunter's mark provided by items? -- Haravikk (talk) 00:40, 18 October 2023 (CEST)
