On this page, under "Act Three", it says "If Steal a Githyanki Egg was resolved without Lady Esther receiving an egg..." but on the related quest page it says "...if Lady Esther was not given a githyanki egg...".
This difference wouldn't matter if there were only one egg we could give Lady Esther, but since there is an option to give her an Owlbear Egg, I think it would be helpful to clarify further. As it is, for players who gave Lady Esther the Owlbear Egg, the first wording (on this page) suggests they wouldn't get this quest, but the second wording (on the linked quest page) suggests the opposite.
