== Overview ==
=== Front Porch - The Wine Festival ===
A Wine Festival is taking place on their front porch as a part of {{Quest|Investigate the Murders}} and {{Quest|Impress the Murder Tribunal}}. {{CharLink|Cora Highberry}} can be found there accompanied by her husband Roger Highberry, {{CharLink|Dolor}} disguised as the wine connoisseur Master Meztli, and several other guests.

=== Inside ===
If the Wine Festival is over and Cora and Roger Higberry were not killed by Dolor then they could be found inside the house with two orphans whom they care. Cora Highberry thanks the party for saving her life and rewards them with gold. 

=== Basement ===
The basement can be accessed through a locked hatch, the key to which is nearby. A hidden Loose Plank can be spotted via a {{Ability Check|Perception|20}}, and it contains [[Highberry's Strongbox Key]]. The strongbox is hidden behind a painting ({{Ability Check|Perception|15}}) check to notice it), and contains some rare elixirs and potions.
A trapped chest ({{Ability Check|Perception|15}}) towards the back of the basement holds some minor valuables.

=== Roof ===
A loose plank on the roof can be noticed with a {{Ability Check|Perception|15}}. It hides a {{SmRarityItem|Potion of Speed}} and various other items.
