Water Surface is a type of Surface. Water surfaces can extinguish fire and be electrified, frozen or vaporised.
Properties
- Douses unprotected flame.
- Can be electrified, frozen into ice or vaporised into steam.
- Unlike rivers or clouds of steam, water surfaces do not make a creature wet.
