Should equipment that interact with unarmed strikes be added?

On other pages, like skills, there is a "Related Items" section that details items and equipment that interact with said skill. Since there are a lot of equipment that interact with unarmed strikes (adding extra damage, restoring health, increasing defensive ability), it might be useful for users to have a list of said items at the bottom of the page. This page already has a notes sections that lists some interactions with passive or active skills, the two could be merged into a "Interactions" (and negative interactions) section. Here is a non-comprehensive list of all equipment that interact with unarmed strikes:
