Bugthimble is a kobold that will appear when a Dirt Mound X: 8 Y: 24 in the Lower City graveyard is dug.

Involvement

Passing a successful Deception check grants an inspiration point (Grave Prospector) to characters with the Charlatan background, after which Bugthimble will leave and bar the player from gaining the unique weapon.
