Spell Save DC uses INT-modifier, not WIS-modifier!
I just looked at the combat log after using Stage Fright (on Patch 6), and for the succeeded saves, it shows how the spell save DC is calculated (interestingly it doesn't show it for the failed saves):
8 + INT-modifier + Proficiency Bonus (+ effects of items that modify Spell Save DC like Cloak of the Weave etc.)
Btw, Bless or Guidance don't influence that (idk if that is so for spell save DC-calculation in general - I'm not much of a spellcaster).
