I have been using essentially what you have listed here, but with Luminous Armor, which creates Radiant Shockwaves. You give up the auto-reel by not having the heavy splint (the cape mitigates this a little bit), but the orbs expand the overall build philosophy into AoE and stack powerfully with the boots. Carrying Blood of Lathander as a light Cleric while concentrating on Bless (which seems to help draw aggro), it dominates a lot of Act II.
