Encrusted with frost can in fact trigger on multiple enemies from a single cast with ice storm. As a sorcerer with extended spell you can double this as well. With this staff and the gloves and extended spell a single cast will freeze a target. Note the cold brim hat does not work this way. That item will only put 2 stacks of frost on a single target per turn. Encrusted with Frost[edit source]
108.56.244.187 17:07, 8 September 2024 (CEST)
- Do you have any mods that may be altering this behaviour? The Encrusted with Frost application from the staff has the same
OncePerAttack
restriction as the Coldbrim Hat and in my testing, it behaves the same way (cast Ice Storm on multiple targets and only one target gets the condition). - In regards to your other point, I was not aware that extending a spell also applies to stuff like Encrusted with Frost that isn't part of the spell itself.
