Another oathbreaking action[edit source]
If you attack Omeluum as soon as you see him by dialogue choice in Act 1 (gith's option in my experience), then oath become broken too

While not a vital mention, it is important to note that killing the flaming fists and steel watcher that guard the south spawn checkpoint in act 3 also seemingly triggers oathbreaking.
After checking, I have found it only occurs if you attack them without paying 200 gold and the steel watcher attempting to arrest you.
