The note saying these get 2d4 poison while dual wielding when concentrating no longer seems accurate. Thorn Blade poison doesn’t stack[edit source]
The note saying these get 2d4 poison while dual wielding when concentrating no longer seems accurate. I tried this on my most recent honor mode playthrough they only had 1d4 damage and only on the weapon specifically. Offhanding one did not add poison damage to my main hand.
