Use this to display a condition. Examples follow.

This template just runs the Cargo query. For the formatting, see: Template:Condition/Format

Usage:

Result:

Creature takes 2Slashing damage at the start of each turn and has Disadvantage on Constitution Saving throws.
Removed by healing.
