<strong><span style="color: yellow;">If you want to create a new page for an Item, Spell, Condition, Character, etc.:</span></strong> Make sure to use a [[:Category:Page Generating Templates|Page Template]] instead of writing the page manually.  This is very important, not only for a consistent style, but also to add information to the wiki's database, which is used to auto-generate lists and tables on some pages.
