Legendary Action: Leaping Static is a passive feature available to Bernard in Honour mode. It lets Bernard use the legendary action Leaping Static as a reaction to being attacked.

Description

Once per round, Bernard can spend a Legendary Action to immediately launch Leaping Static Leaping Static at a foe after being attacked.

Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
