Found on the skeleton in a cell in Flymm Cargo's Basement (on the way to the submarine). It reads:

Antiope -

Received your note demanding that I double the payment rate for your services as my sahuagin wrangler. While I appreciate candour in my direct reports, some of your remarks might be regarded as disrespect. I'm going to give you a chance to rethink your position. I'm sure if you think hard, you'll come around to my way of thinking.

Found in the locked container in Flymm Cargo's Basement (on the way to the submarine). It reads:

[Page after page within this book is filled with diagrams and schematics of a pressurised underwater research facility to be built in Grey Harbour atop the sunken stone structure of Sarevok's Iron Throne Headquarters.]

Missing note: Aquatic Labour

Found in the locked Metal Trunk in Flymm Cargo's Basement (on the way to the submarine). It reads:

Prinski -

The prefabricated parts for our underwater facility delivered from the Gondian foundry look like they'll do the job of completing what I'm referring to as the 'Iron Throne'. To assist in construction, I'm sending you Dark Breaker Antiope, a renegade Umberlee mage who specialises in charming and controlling sahuagin. And just that easily, your underwater labour problems are solved.

Missing note: Moonshae Strait Shipping Report

Founded in the small gilded chest on the first floor of Water Queen's House

I witnessed as the Queen lashed the prow of a vessel called the Kinship with whips of waves and foam until she'd taken her prize: Two sailors, dragged to her salted bosom. Upon which she did retreat and left the Kinship to reach its destination in peace - so great was her mercy.

It did cross my humble mind that such a vessel, upon its return journey, might take a longer, unfamiliar route to avoid her wrath and might thus become vulnerable to other kinds of interference...

Missing note: Reminder to Self

Found on the submersible which goes to the Iron Throne. It reads:

Reminder to Self - The steam mephits in the starboard pressure tank have bred again and now there are too many of the blasted things cooking away in there. need to blow the valve to release three of four of the vapey bastards, but I can't loosen the exhaust bolt without a Number Four Spanner, and mine went over the side when we hit that goddamn mermaid. Better see about getting another Number Four from up in the Wonders bloody soon, 'cause if that tank blows when we're submerged, it'll be bye-bye Redhammer.

Missing note: An Unexpected Talent

Found on the corpse of Olfaith Olumssdottir. it reads:

Field alert to the Murder Tribunal - this agent must report the activities of a new aspirant for Unholy Assassin, a candidate who, though unexpected, may prove to be an outstanding exemplar of Bhaalist murder. However, this aspirant, an adventurer newly arrived in the city, is an outsider to our ranks and may require some guidance. It's not clear, for example, that the candidate knows to bring their murder evidence to the Tombstone Shop for trial and confirmation by the Tribunal.

Missing note: A Plan for Chaos

Found in the wardrobe in orin's bedroom, it reads:

How weakly the city slumbers above, safe behind its walls. It forgets what lurks below. It must be reminded.

If the tyrant wishes them to suckle his accursed teat, I can make them crave it. My sweet assassins set to stalk their hearths and stifle their throats. My changelings will turn the very face of hope against them. Master choking apprentice, father hacking down son.
