The Steel Watch Foundry is a location within the Lower City area of Baldur's Gate in Chapter Three.

Overview

The foundry is located near the Waypoint at the Grey Harbour Docks.

There are two Steel Watchers guarding the front entrance - one which patrols the front and south side of the building, and another which stays on the south side near the loading dock.

Fast travel and resting is not possible inside of this area.
