The Gloves of Belligerent Skies are an uncommon pair of Gloves that inflict Reverberation when the wearer deals Thunder, Lightning or Radiant damage.
Balling your fingers into fists while wearing these gloves causes a sonorous chime, like the fusion of a tempest and a church bell, to resound inside your skull.

Lightning damage originating from Lightning Charges doesn't seem to trigger the item and thus doesn't apply
