Gauth Eyestalk is an Alchemical Ingredient. Combine 3 of these to create a Suspension of Gauth Eye, which is used to make Elixir of Battlemage's Power.
Though noticeably smaller than a beholder's, gauth's eyestalks can likewise shoot terrifying rays. Luckily this one has long perished.
