Procs on unarmed attacks via monk abilities. Maybe it works on thrown weapons/items or spells?

Does it work in off-hand?

If you crit in any other way that doesn't involve attacking with Sword of Life Stealing does the effect still proc?

IE, if I land a crit using my bow or a spell, will it still occur? Or does that consider it not equipped?

Alternatively, will using any melee weapon in your other hand that isn't Sword of Life Stealing still make the effect go off unsigned comment by M00NBEAST (talk) 2024.01.02

Hi! The effect procs only on a hit with the Sword of Life Stealing. If it is in the offhand, only the offhand strike with it will count, not the main weapon strike. T-Furan (talk) 22:41, 2 January 2024 (CET)Reply[reply]
