First Karlach romance scene potentially bugged since Patch 6?[edit source]

I'm hesitant to make edits directly since I'm brand new, but I'm fairly certain Karlach's first romance scene can only be triggered at the camp celebration since Patch 6. It seems like a bug, but it wasn't fixed in Patch 7, so I'm unsure whether it is one officially. Should the first section on her romance page be updated to clarify this?
