Moon Druid Wildshape Item[edit source]

This is one of the few items in the game that has synergy with Wild Shape.

While it does not work while in Wild Shape, if you already have the extra Bonus Action and then you (Combat) Wild Shape - you will enter Wild Shape with a Bonus Action and an Action Available.
