Legendary Action: Devoted Galvanism is a passive feature used by Dror Ragzlin in Honour mode that lets him use  Galvanise nearby allies when they are attacked.

Description

Once per round when an enemy targets their ally with an ability, Dror Ragzlin can use a Legendary Action to  Galvanise Absolutists within 5 m / 17 ft, granting them  Action Surge.

Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
