Meem Grayling can be found in the street not far from the Felogyr's Fireworks shop together with his mother, 
Glorissima, who is begging for alms to feed and cure him. He is obviously unhealthy and appears as if ready to falter any moment.
While Meem's mother reactions vary depending on the resolution of 
Stop the Presses quest, the boy himself has almost nothing to say.
