Paralysing Ray is a class action available to Spectators, that allows them to Paralyse a target.

Description

Shoot an eye ray that  Paralyses its target.

Spell save DC  Constitution saving throw

• The affected creature cannot move or take  Actions,  Bonus Actions, or  Reactions.
• The affected creature automatically fails all Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
• Attack rolls against the affected creature automatically succeed.
• Any Attack roll made against The affected creature by an attacker within 3 m / 10 ft is an automatic Critical Hit.
