I would specify that flight does not allow to avoid vertical threats such as enemies or cloud-like areas (as one would assume) by "flying above them", and that the beginning and the end of the flight must be on the ground. Which is a sort of very long jump that allow to go round certain obstacles, but it's not a real "flight".
