Lowest location to jump is X:181 Y:412. You still need some athletics or magic jump to reach it.
Silver Pendant Location[edit source]
The pendant is actually looted from a skeleton near the spider nest. Only gold and a spider egg can be found in the nest. This was tested on version 4.1.1.3700362.
