No advantage to Dex save vs Fireball

- I might misunderstand how this is suppose to work, but when I have this condition on my tav, I get +2 at all my saving throws, both physical and mental, so perhaps its bugged? Yuvixadun (talk) 08:26, 26 September 2025 (CEST)
