Please stop "universing" the mostly unsignificant article, trying to make it "convenient" for God-knows-how-many possible installations. You just cannot succeed. And if you can't, IMHO you just describe what should there in the game files by default vanilla version. Please don't also consider players that helpless to not be able to check out the Approval page to see why it did not work at the particular moment.
