I'm on my way to free orpheus and I checked the trade dialog with Voss. You can still purchase the silver sword from him.

Interplanar slayer does work edit

Page incorrectly states that interplanar slayer is bugged. You can whack Lae'zel and you can see its included within physical damage calculation log.

The feature claims to do two things: 1) add 1d4 to your attack roll against the specified creature types and 2) add 1d4 to your damage roll against those same creatures. As I understand it, the attack roll part does not work, but the damage part does.
