Belladonna is an Alchemical Ingredient that can be ground into Sublimate of Belladonna and combined to create Elixir of Peerless Focus.

The old rhyme goes, 'If you fear the changer moon / If befall'd by curse or doom / If you're in the lycan's power / Seek the Belladonna flower.' Old rhymes are pretty but they get people killed more often than not. Belladonna blooms are poisonous.
