Titan Weapon is a passive feature that adds your Strength modifier to your ranged weapon attacks.
Description
This weapon deals additional damage equal to your Strength Modifier.
The weapon only adds the modifier if it improves your chance to hit.

- Titan Weapon always applies its bonus damage on ranged weapon attacks, not just when "it improves your chance to hit" (which it does not do).
