{{SAI|Soil-Clogged Slam}} does not "Punch a foe", it's an AoE (1m radius), no target needed, although it makes an attack roll to hit against the armor class of every creature in the AoE rather than like most spells having a saving throw difficulty class.

On all successful hits, {{SAI|Soil-Clogged Slam}} applies {{Cond|Prone}} for 2 turns. 

Area of Effect of {{SAI|Seismic Strike}} has a radius of 4.5 m / 15 ft (not 4 m / 13 ft ).
